Shipping policy
Shipping prices will be calculated at checkout and vary depending on your location. We offer Free UK Delivery on orders over £50.
All orders will be sent with DPD Delivery within the UK and internationally. The majority of products will have two delivery options to choose from; a standard DPD delivery with a longer timescale, or express DPD delivery with a shorter timescale for more urgent shipping needs.
Tracking is included with every DPD delivery and can be set up to alert you with updates about your order via SMS or email depending on your preference.
Unfortunately, due to the new EU General Product Safety Requirement (GPSR) laws, shipping to countries within Europe, including Ireland and Northern Ireland, is currently not available from 13th December 2024. Additionally, the USA's new trade tariffs have forced us to stop shipping to the USA from the 5th April 2025. As a small business start up, we cannot adhere to the new EU regulations or the USA's trade tariffs at this stage, so we have sadly had to make this decision and are really sorry for any inconvenience. We hope that this is just temporary whilst we build our business and work towards a solution in future and as soon as possible. If you would like to stay updated with our EU or USA shipping policy and when we are able to reopen shipping to the USA, EU and Ireland, please use a contact form to sign up for email alerts regarding our shipping zones.
For delivery of international orders, DPD Air Classic or DPD Air Express will be used. DPD Air Classic Delivery has a longer timescale for delivery, whereas DPD Air Express Delivery has a shorter timescale for delivery for more urgent shipping. In some cases, DPD International Tracked Delivery may be used as the cheaper option with a longer delivery timescale (instead of DPD Air Classic), due to it being the cheaper and quicker delivery option for customers. Insurance for the value of the package is included in the delivery price for international orders for customer reassurance.
As we are a small business, processing time for your orders to be shipped is set to 7 working days. However, we prefer to think of our shipping time as 2 to 7 working days and we will try our hardest to get orders shipped out to you as soon as possible and as close to 2 working days as possible. We have chosen to set our shipping time as 7 days so that it allows us any additional time that might be necessary to process large volumes of orders due to being a small business with only one full-time employee. We hope you understand. To keep customers updated with their order status, tracking information and shipping updates are included with DPD delivery throughout the process. Please contact us if you would like to prioritise an order for urgent shipping and we will try our best to accommodate your needs where possible.
Fragile Art is not liable for lost, misplaced, delayed, or damaged goods once they’ve been dispatched. However, please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and resolve if possible.

Due to popular demand as we start our business, we are currently only shipping orders to Australia and the United Kingdom. This is only temporary while we start up our business because we want to expand our shop to include global shipping as soon as possible. We will continue to monitor the website traffic and open up further shipping zones due to popular demand where possible.
